Ballad of Black Mesa

This quirky video from the Lit Fuse Films team is reminiscent of the famous iPod TV ads. It features Half Life II character silhouettes over vividly colored flat backgrounds and a techno-industrial musical score made of sound effects from the game such as firearm bursts of various calibers.

This high-concept machinima video is a must see if because of its novelty factor. It’s also quite funny to see Combine Civil Protection officers “dance” to the beat using their “struggling against a face-hugger” movement.
